Terms of service
These terms apply when you use this website or purchase services from Nova Digital.
The services
- Social media management ($99/month): three custom branded posts per week, published to your Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile accounts. Billed monthly, cancel anytime.
- Custom website ($97 one time): a custom 5-page, mobile-ready website delivered within 48 hours of completed intake, including one round of revisions. Ownership of the delivered design transfers to you.
- Optional hosting and maintenance ($97/month): available after a website purchase, never required. Billed monthly, cancel anytime.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during intake, to have the rights to any materials (logos, photos, text) you supply, and to give us the account access needed to publish social posts on your behalf.
Payment and refunds
Prices are stated in US dollars. Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which includes a one-month money-back guarantee on the social plan and a love-it-or-full-refund guarantee on the website offer.
Limitations
We provide marketing services, not guarantees of business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Digital’s liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
